This project involved a standard 20×20 garage that had moisture issues. In the before picture, you can see the poor condition of the concrete, characterized by the presence of mold and mildew at the time of inspection. We performed a mechanical grind to remove the deteriorated layer of concrete and reveal a fresh, new layer to ensure proper adhesion.
A moisture vapor barrier was applied to prevent future vapor transmission and protect the coating from failure. The garage was finished in the color Domino and comes with a 10-year warranty. This transformation turned a foul-smelling, uncleanable garage into an enjoyable space that now serves as an extension of the home.
